When will my order ship?

Once you order, your art box will ship within 1-3 business days. If you purchase an Art Subscription Box, your first art box will ship within 1-3 business days. And subsequent art boxes will ship the first week of each month.

Are the art boxes for certain ages?

Our art boxes are designed to be open-ended, and that’s why they work for kids (and adults) ages 5-100! Each person can do the activities according to their own ability and skill level. We love it when families do the art activities together. Some children may need an adult to help them read the instructions and be available to assist them. All of our boxes contain small parts that could be a choking hazard for children under 3 years of age.

Are there enough supplies in each box for multiple children?

Our art boxes are meant for one person. So we suggest purchasing one box per person. There are three activities per box, so a family could work on them together. Or each child could create one of the three activities.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?

In order to ship to multiple addresses, please create a separate order for each address.

How much time does it take for a child to complete the activities in each art box?

On average, it will take about 3 hours to complete each art box. But, this depends on the age and ability of each individual child, and the activities in each box. Many of the art activities can be extended over longer periods of time, and reflected back on again and again.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. We want you to be happy with your order, so please contact us to discuss your situation.

Can I cancel my single box order and get a refund?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us and we will try our best to cancel and refund your order. After your order has shipped, there are no refunds.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Customer account or by contacting us. You'll receive an email notification when your subscription has been cancelled. You will be billed only for what has shipped. Cancelling a subscription doesn't automatically cancel the most recent order. For that, you will need to cancel by the 15th of the previous month. After your order has shipped, there are no refunds. If you cancel a quarterly or yearly subscription early (before 3 months- quarterly subscription or before 12 months -yearly subscription), the boxes shipped will be priced at the single box rate.
